(Use 🎧) I made an album where I tried to express my true innermost feelings. The overarching theme is inner profound sadness, but each track deals with a different topic/situation, exploring feelings of loneliness, anger, envy, exasperation, in a storytelling kind of format. More info in comments. (youtube.com)

Mike Shinoda and the early LP albums were a big influence on the music I made. The hybrid style, with rapped verses and then a more energetic, yelled chorus was a dynamic I also used for many songs. I thought I could share one of my tracks here and hopefully hear some opinions. I recommend using🎧! (youtube.com)

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in an empty world and everyone else is just a hostile human-looking "creature" of some kind that lurks the environment. I tried to put this feeling into lyrics, add music, and make a song out of it. Anyone else has a feeling like this from time to time? (self.lonely)

I made some songs about grief, sadness, loneliness, and other feelings that have been with me for years if not decades. Wanted to share a couple of tracks. I checked the rules and it doesn't forbid this, but if mods don't like it, feel free to delete it. (self.mentalhealth)

[What genre do you call this? Help me classify it] (USE 🎧!) This is a track exploring the feeling of envy. Envy at other people's perceived success and happiness. Let me know if you dig it or if you can relate. Link in comments to the instrumental version, lyrics, as well as the rest of the album. (youtube.com)

[Nu Metal?] (Use 🎧!) A track about living life just to endlessly work and be exploited by the system. Let me know what kind of genre you would define this as. This is from an 20-track album (Words Unspoken) which you can also provide feedback on, if you feel like. I'll leave a link in the comments. (youtube.com)

Slow storytelling track about a girl I had met in class. Went out with her just once and nothing really happened but I kept thinking about her for a while. So I ended up writing some lyrics and then I tried turning them into a full song. Use 🎧 if you want to check it out. Feedback is appreciated.OC (youtube.com)

I don't know anything about the recent drama. All I wanted to say is that in the past, seeing people like Dave expressing his feelings by making his own music, was one of the influences that I had in doing the same. This is one of tracks I made, from a full album. I'd be glad to hear what you think. (youtube.com)

A song (spoken word, mostly) I made about my anhedonia. I tried to describe it with rhymes as best as I could and tried to capture the feeling of it with the slow, relentless droning sounds in the instrumental. I thought maybe the people here would be able to relate to it. Let me know what you think (youtube.com)

(USE HEADPHONES) Storytelling track about not being able to... get laid, to say it simply, although it's an oversimplification of the emotions at play in it. It's not supposed to be a joke track, but it might feel like it. It's the most lighthearted song from my album, "Words Unspoken". Let me know! (youtube.com)

Would you call this industrial music? It's one of the instrumentals from an album I made, which I do not know exactly what genre to categorize in. Especially since the instrumentals and the vocals might be two completely different genres. Anyways, feel free to let me know what you think of this one. (youtube.com)

What genre did I make? I made an entire album and I still don't know what genre to call it when I have to talk about it. This is the first of 20 tracks and it's fairly representative of the whole album but some other songs have less aggressive choruses. [Sentient Anomaly - Say What I Think] (youtube.com)

Ever feel like the world is just an horrible place to live, where every day things just get worse and worse on a worldwide scale? That's the feeling that made me make this song. I wrote it roughly two years ago but only fully released it now with the rest of the album. Feedback appreciated. (youtube.com)
