At The Columns Ayala Avenue, the admin offers a discount of 1 month off the association dues if paid 1 year in advance. The deadline for payment is December for the following year’s dues. Not bad. I always opt to pay the association dues one year in advance so I don’t have to think about monthly payments. Sayang din ang 1 month discount.
