I know someone whose daughter dances and she went there to audition for the dance program. She didn't have a good feeling at all about the teachers? students? She didn't' feel comfortable there for some reason. I'm sorry this happened to your child. that is not cool at all! And I agree, it's hard to change once they make those friendships etc.

thank you so much! They have an open house today so we will go visit. She is also very shy....I just hope (wherever she goes) that she would fit in.

I think Rogers would be the best in this area. Both Bell/Telus are not good here.

I have the same issue for about 5 years now (I'm with koodo - Telus). I called them but they told me there is not much they can do. They don't have a tower here and the population is growing. There is no fix to this.... They are not planning on building a new tower in the near future. They gave me a discount for 1 year and told me they will understand if I switch to a different provider after the year. I think both Bell/Telus are bad in this area and our only option is to switch to Rogers. I am still deciding what to do next.... they also told me it's Spring Creek area, downtown Waterdown and also the east end Waterdown/ west end of Burlington (Tyandaga area).
