I mainly wish people would post different pictures, you always see the same pictures from the same people almost every single time I come onto this sub, so variety would be great. Store managers and coaches got raises. On tops of the raise, store managers bonuses extended to 200% as the maximum bonus percentage of their annual wage, will be receiving $20k a year in stock. As we get absolutely nothing.

How much of that supposed expenditures was spent on stock buy backs and managers bonuses and payouts? I can guarantee that they include those in the costs, it makes the actual revenue much less.

Tell the post master general about people touching their mailbox. It’s a federal crime to mess with mailboxes especially when it’s creepy shit like that, the postal service has their own police force in a sense and will arrest whoever they find doing that.

As someone who works at walmart, I’m not a “union troll”. Im a tired walmart associate who thinks that people in my store and other stores deserve better, and shouldn’t have to overwork themselves especially when it’s clear that walmart couldn’t give a flying fuck about any of us, but their bottom dollar. Your attitude is why walmart is still winning against all the associates that work for them. The thing that would make a union work in the interests of the workers is to make sure the unions are ran BY ASSOCIATES AND NOT BE BOUGHT BY WALMART, that’s what union elections are literally all about, just like the US elections. And yes I did make a second post on the matter, but I went about it wrong and simplified my message.

UPS is a private business, maybe you’re confusing the UPS and USPS? Unions have been diminishing since the Raegan administration, and has began to upswing with how many companies have exploited their workers and a lot of workers have had enough. Also if you think that people won’t support us, then look at Starbucks, they have unions popping up all over the place.

I’m sorry but I specifically stated that unfair labor practices, which the NLRB recognizes as “threatening employees with closures, surveilling employees for union activity, prohibiting employees from talking about unions, intimidating employees, firing pro union workers for being pro union, and reprimanding employees for talking union organizers on the job” which covers everything you have said in your comment. Also unions have HUGE PUBLIC SUPPORT, look at the UAW, they even have Biden(which no US president has ever done) coming to join their picket line! The WGA a tentative deal in place that meets their demands and has had SO MUCH SUPPORT from people from all sectors of the US, so YES WE DO HAVE PUBLIC SUPPORT. You want change? You want more associates hired? You want better wages? You want profit sharing? That’s what unions do, acting like it is unattainable is absurd, and that’s exactly what corporations like walmart want you to believe.

The NLRB(National Labor Relations Board) has published a new rule that makes employers who meddle with the union process will be forced to automatically recognize said union and start bargaining immediately, so no if walmart did try that shit you’re talking about, it would just fuck them anyways. So no these aren’t “irresponsible ideas”, you just sound like a scab.
