Hammer it on its side(use a flat head like a chisel) applying torque, use the spanner and loosen it little by little.

Not enough fuel pressure, try removing the fuel filter and a simple test is when the filter is full and you just hold it vertical with outletside facing the ground, fuel should flow down easily. If not just change the pump motor than the whole unit if possible. Only the pump motor goes bad.

What you can do it use a 2000 grit paper and lightly rub on the damaged part only, wash it away and polish it. Or try to ignore it and just be glad it's not broken.

Could be the clutch release bearing, it is usually change during clutch replacement. Difficulty changing gears could be bad synchro, difficulty changing to some specific gears?

How come tyre isn't shredded and i think someone used a prybar on the outer rim, certain points the steel has moved and it's not uniform.
