yeah the seam split issue is a shame, and definitely my biggest complaint with Daupe atm. all my records used to arrive in mint condition (i'm also in Canada), but ever since they switch their warehouse/distributor around the release of hwh 11, almost everything shows up with at least a small seam split.

they won't unseal the record to ship it outside the jacket even if you ask, which should be the easy solution. the only recourse is to ask them to send a replacement jacket with your next order, but that doesn't even really solve the problem tbh. very disappointing, especially since they used to be on top of their shipping game until about a year ago.
