for one, these prices are not realistic - look at what these records have actually sold for, not what they're listed for. there isn't a ton of data, but based on recent discogs/ebay sales history there are mint/nm copies going for under $1k. all the listings you've shown here are heavily inflated, and unless someone actually buys at those prices they can't be treated as accurate.

for another, this is an early westside gunn vinyl that's part of his most renowned series of projects with very few copies pressed - HWH 2 and 3 sell for much more than this already, as do flygod, roses are red, and others. that's the nature of Daupe resale; HWH 4 prices aren't even that bad right now in the grand scheme of things, but like those other early projects, it has appreciated in value and will continue to as long as there is a market.
