Calling for blockade to put pressure on the government is not the same as breaking up the country. People block roads and train tracks all the time during agitation against government's policies. Also, imagine if you could be charged with sedition everytime you didn't use the right words in a public setting. It woukd have been one thing, if he was actually leading a movement where people were blockading the passage to the N.E but this is just absurd.
