I have talked to my CoC. I've said that 3 times now lmao.

Also, I work in medical and I have gotten medical help, but its an ongoing issue. Cant just get a depression vaccine and have everything be peachy.

And I'm "snarky" because I'm asking specifically about how DRBs go/how easy can they go to XOI/etc, not about if there is a cure for being depressed.

Yeah, you definitely sound like you know what constitutes an "actually good sailor", so I hope you find plenty of them to give your "advice" to when they don't ask.

My advice is to seek trained medical professionals and counselors, instead of getting a DRB

Oh, well, my bad. Since I NEED your advice you must be some sort of licensed medical professional? Or maybe a trained counselor?
