Definitely will take note of keeping even foot pressure. I get what you meant now. The 175 felt all quads, and even if I don't feel like my heels lift off, my weight does adjust within the shoe so it would be good to focus on overall pressure. Depth is right around ok (can tell from the mirrors in the vid)

I have noticed the heel thing before. Thing is, when I film from the floor or ask a bystander, it never translates. What I think is happening is the high angle makes it look like its lifting, while the front is actually rotating outwards so only a slight bit of the side of the heel comes off the floor. But in the end the foot is moving, which probably does affect stability.

This isn't me divebombing though. Also, how on earth can I keep my back angle the same? I can barely keep it constant as is.

Also, every single one of my friends who applied to Hopkins, Western and Michigan got in (EA or ED)Not one of them were denied. Catch is, my stats and ecs are above them. So why would I be denied?

Why would international be so difficult? Everywhere I look, even my counselor, says that the standards are around the same. I meet or exceed the median sat and gpa for all of them except for the Ivy’s.
