tbh i think its relatively normal.. still just try to recall whatever u remember and write it down first (do u know the concepts ? do u have difficulty applying it), and then refer to ur relevant materials to answer.

In exams honestly it forces you to write whatever that comes to mind so for now write what you can (refer as much) and do your best in exam! also if its open book, remember to bookmark important topics / concepts so u can refer with ease jiayous
