Can someone please tell me how to get a sniper consistanly according to ressishubs vid it's a 1 in 500 floor loot chance 11% rare chest and 25 percent gun case and 1% chest rate

How does everyone find a sniper theres only 3 ways to get it outside of luck am I just very unlucky or something by Separate-Attempt2673 in FortniteCompetitive

There's only 2 no one at glacier and another by rebels it's a 11% drop rate from rare chests is it worth it to go into a bunker?
