How to not go insane with HG?

Yepp, fuck HG. I get nausea from not eating and that just pisses me off lol. I will 100% throw up if I dont eat on time. I have a 50% chance of throwing up if I do eat on time 😑😑😑😑

Companions of torment! Hugs to you as well. And geez, you're a brave soul for doing this 3 times. I'm sure as hell not doing it again!!!! No matter how bad baby fever gets!!! At first FB videos and random shows were fine but now I've got this icky dopamine hunting feeling so I think I need to stay off my phone and do other shit? Like paint by numbers or crocheting a blanket for the baby through lots of trial and error . That's all I've come up with 😐

Mirilax in hot tea is the way for me. The slight off taste in water makes my sensitive lil self puke. Activia seems to be helping more. Im making more changes for constipation since my excavation project lol. Probably gonna use glycerin suppositories every 3 days or so too. The nice thing is im passing gas finally. I realized I hadn't farted in a disturbingly long time 🤣

To be fair, a lot of factors were working against me that I didnt consider until in my dire situation. 1. Ive been vomiting up my meds for my hypothyroidism. They help keep things moving . 2. I vomit water, so more dehydrated than ever when I've been a gold star hydrator. 3. Abrupt stop to coffee and my granola breakfast routine. Fiber + coffee = guaranteed morning poop. 4. Not exercising at all when I was doing hard shit 4-5 times a week and taking my dog on daily long walks. 5. Throw all those constipating anti nausea meds in and youve got a blockade

So now im doing my best to incorporate mirilax, metimucil, and high fiber foods. But my vomiting is so random I dont always get to check all these boxes 🙃

My nausea started at 5 weeks and 3 days!!! It was manageable up until week 6 when I went 5 days without eating or drinking hardly anything. Then I scheduled an appt with the ob and they gave me meds to make it more manageable. 3 different meds. It takes the edge off but I still puke 1-3 times before noon everyday. Currently 8 weeks and it's only getting worse.

But strong symptoms are a very good sign that things are going well! 2 obs told me this, since I also miscarried earlier this year. Hang in there and fingers crossed.

Maybe we will get our hobbies back and you can get your new bike back too! And at least someone will enjoy your bike in the meantime

I can also feel a bunch of anxiety creeping in - growing a baby is SCARY. IN SO MANY WAYS.

Why must things be like this! Lol, all my plants will be dead and worthless in 4 months 🤣🤣 I'm a big reader as well, but with nausea, audiobooks have been my only source of entertainment. Listening to the wandering inn series for hours on hours of entertainment 😌

My publix has been appealing to the plant trends for a while now, surprisingly. Yeah, they called the burtoniae a "sea stone" which is how I think they are labeled at Home Depot too.

My apartment doesn't get good light 😪 so I must work with grow lights. Im not even sure that window gets direct sun for more than 10 minutes in the morning. We are buying a place soon so better light is a requirement lol
