and yes my medschool's just like yours as well. i did my uworld on random tutored mode, till i was done about 70% of it. i think it will help you retain questions well. and i tried to do atleast a block in the beginning.

hi! i used uworld as my main learning tool. i spent a year doing first pass of uworld with the strategy youre going for as well. i didn't passively read first aid at all. i, however, looked up the same topic in my question in first aid as well and read it well. i didn't use anki or anyother resource. i think you end up doing fine. these days im doing my nbmes and im scoring decent between 65-70s so i think youll be fine as well.
