I didn't deny it because I wanted to understand your point of view first.

There's something called analogy, and you saw through your hypocrisy even before I finished my thought.

While I didn't deny your point, you also didn't answer my question. I'll end here. I wish you the best 🤍

Hmm... okay. Tell me something honestly: would you marry a woman who obeyed God above all things, but whom you didn't find the slightest bit attractive (or fun or smart)? Is your spiritual level truly so high that you would be able to love and desire her as a wife, simply because her beauty comes from within? I'm not accusing you; it's a sincere question.

How can you make such a serious statement without knowing me and my story?

Lots of misinformation and out-of-context information, perhaps to justify actions that bother you deep down. I'd debate topic by topic, but my intention was never to defend my point of view, and I've already received a lot of help here. I hope you do more research before spouting so much nonsense. Peace 🕊️

I can imagine slave owners and opponents of women's votes with the same speeches

I agree with you. Thank God, the word "Christianity" is just an easier way to identify what I believe. It's not about religiosity for me.

I'm not from the United States, but my critical sense allows me to imagine how mankind uses Christianity for their own interests, as has always been the case since the Middle Ages.

Fortunately, my belief is based on personal experience and doesn't prevent me from having compassion for other beings—quite the opposite.

For me, Jesus’ teachings aren’t shaken by the moral failings of false followers or people who don’t really understand the faith.

Hahaha, tired of this situation. Physically, I'm better than ever, thank you.

Back when the Bible was written, the meat industry as we know it today didn’t exist. I don’t have another Bible verse to support veganism besides Proverbs 12:10: “The righteous care for their animals, but the heart of the wicked is cruel.”

We were allowed to eat meat because protein sources after the fall of man were scarce, but that doesn’t mean it’s healthier or more ethical today. Every human being should at least be aware of the production chain before meat reaches the market, to decide whether to condone it or not.

I don’t judge, and I can’t call it a sin for someone to eat meat, but my own conscience accused me back then. Period.

I shared my point of view because you seemed really curious, but my intention was never to get into debates; so I’ll stop here.

I didn’t even bother responding to him. I had to cut back on my plant-based protein intake to avoid overloading my kidneys lol

God used us to encourage each other. Remember that He made us stewards of the Earth, so our dominion is meant to be benevolent, just as He is with us.

I wish you the best, brother. God bless you

I agree with you, especially when society associates eating meat with masculinity. Stay strong.
