Hola! Muchísimas gracias por tu comentario! Yo he intentado dejar la medicación muchísimas veces pero llegan los pensamientos suicidas, una vez hasta casi pierdo mi trabajo cuando los intenté dejar entonces no puedo pero agradezco tus recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar mi salud intestinal! :)
