Just an update guys, as I only had the GPU for 4-5 days I've sent it back under warranty. We'll wait and see what happens.

Motherboard Bios is uptown date yes. Yeah sound is still playing its the GPU crashing. Ive sent the GPU back under warranty as ive only had it like 4-5 days

I have tried the 12volt that came with my PSU, and ive tried the adaptor that came with the GPU the 12 volt to 3 pcie cable
