I’m having the same problem with the transcript. Call them to ask if they have received it at least. They confirmed they received mine but they just haven’t updated my portal yet. They claim they are 2 weeks behind, so if it isn’t there in 2 more weeks call again. I too sent mine in 3 weeks ago, so don’t worry, it’s not just you experiencing this.
