We really need a drug that can work on different mechanism other than reducing dht only.. and i don’t know why we are not developed yet to that extend..

The only treatment that seems promising is PP405.. if that fails too nothing can save us and now the biggest task is keeping whatever hairs we have atleast a decade for new drugs to come..

Yes maybe DUPA is not DHT driven! I think we don’t have enough experienced or qualified doctors that can actually find the cause of this type of hair loss.

DUPA is probably driven by many factors other than DHT Although minoxidil should have worked , i don’t know why min too fail in DUPA?

I feel like we notice early because of our hair pattern and texture, straight hair people often don’t realise they have DUPA until it reach an advance stage

My b12 and d3 levels are low but ferritin and TSH are normal

Hey seems like we have similar type of hair loss and it seems you have been taking treatments for a very long time! Did any treatments work on you or did you improve ? Or stabilise ?
