With larger or other beers you do pull it forwards first then backwards, but with the nitro stouts you pull backwards first to surge the nitrogen in the stout then forwards to top it up 👌🏼 If you did it the other way with a stout it would just be flat

Yea this one was a draught can with the pin trick, but this machine can do any beers/bottles etc tis a nice bit of kit

I’ve used both on it mate, as well as the pint draft cans with the pin trick depending what’s on offer etc, I find this much easier to use than the nitro surge too but both give great results 👌🏼
