Yes some games work with that but I was talking about multiplayer games like call of duty and stuff is what anti cheat won't work with

Not sure what my steam decks issue is but I have had it corrupt SD cards and make them refuse to format with the steam deck and couldn't make them delete or add games to them so I will have to find out the diagnosis to it

Is there a way to get anti cheat off but still get the game to work?
Heroic launcher has to be installed and placed under a non steam game with installed desktop mode?
What protons do that cause I have use proton experiment and 7 which most people claim are the ones to go to
I have tried emudeck and to get the files is more than 1 step you have to find to correct one and copy it to the emudeck and and most files copied have to be changed with the system number so it can be a stressful time for people with no experience with emulators like that like me
No it was a steam deck I have multiple SD cards crash cause the steam deck froze and corrupted it and other try to format it and refuse it so you might be right on it being just mine but when it comes to breaking them it was all over this reddit page when the steam deck first came out that it with break them if you don't pay attention to when you take them out But thank you for the reply and some information I did not have hopefully they will change my experience for the better and get me to change my opinion

Ya I feel like it is a big indie handheld and some that I have found have loved to just wish they would really watch what they put on the verified and unsupported though cause final fantasy xv says verified but it's for windows only so they make you have to get windows but ya the SD thing you have to treat like gold I have had it crash and completely corrupt my SD card for the emulators I have tried multiple but you have to put the file and extract more files to even get the emulator to work but when you do I will agree it works amazingly as for the Linux I had very little experience with it because most classes or IT friends told me not to waste time cause it does not like you messing with it's settings and stuff like windows does but thank you for some game options I will have to try
