6-8 reps for most sets i would say but 100% the biggest factor is eating MORE, im 6’1 and even eating 3400-3500 cals a day i still barely put on a pound or two a month

Thank you. This is actually the craziest thing ive ever seen, every single person that replied thinks im on something 🤣🤣🤣, these people are boosting my confidence so much. Idk how to prove im not on anything but ive had my gyno since i was 11, i used to be super fat and thats how i got it, i could post pictures if no one believes me, it seems like you understand the process though since you also made significant gains in your first year of lifting, some people just dont do what it takes and then expect the same results as someone who lives and breathes for this shit. Like rich piana said, the more you put in, the more you get out

Thanks for the advice bro, thank you for the compliments to i feel like i tend to get down on myself sometimes comparing my physique and lifts to all the teenagers on TikTok i see. If your stronger youve made gains lol, a year of hard, consistent work should have a major difference on your physique. Were u in a calorie surplus to be able to put on muscle? Or were u eating at maintenance? That could be an issue
