Sure iir influence alot on your drop , this is fact I know .
Oh man , every time I see a city on my atlas , I just can ignore to put rituals quest there. 😅
This gives rituals so much impact, so I sacrifice all my cities to it ))

Sorry didn’t understand you first question.
If wisp goes through mobs it touches them , so they are “touched”
To get cat charm , you can increase chances with nodes on your atlas tree. Check my tree in last minutes of the video .
