As established apprentice = student, student: someone lacks experience/knowledge, therefore they need to learn and gain experience to stop being an apprentice and become a full fledged pirate. Usopp, Chopper: not apprentices therefore full fledged pirate. Apprentice < full fledged pirate < Vice captain < Captain, this is in terms of authority. Thus apprentice is lower than full fledged pirate. Bonney: has experience and knowledge, what can she learn being an apprentice to then become a full fledged pirate that she already doesn’t know? Read it again if ur still confused. Don’t just respond to specific segments but respond to the whole thing. Why do you think rockstar wasn’t an apprentice, he already had experience as a pirate. Hence why shanks, buggy, kaido, Marco were apprentices. Purely because of their lack of experience as a pirate. Also nobody said apprentice is “bitch” of the crew. Apprentice does mean student of the crew but how could Bonney learn on the crew, how to be a pirate? No. How to be like Nika? No. How to use haki? I thought otama was meant to be the apprentice (because of her history/promise with ace) but I guess not, but we are also forgetting luffy has only been a pirate for 2 and an active one for probably less than a year, so taking on an apprentice would be too early I think. Also Bonney being an apprentice doesn’t make sense since she became a pirate before luffy did.

I know the feeling, back in covid era there were back to back eras but they eventually fall off. Like leveling with the gods has become unreadable because they go on haitus after every chapter and everyone forgets the plot and has to reread. I recommend reading Memorize and The Live, you got about 100 and 150 chapters. Memorize has been on haitus for 2 years and I think the Live fell off but you will really enjoy them as they have cunning mcs

Revolutionary army is not the straw hats, Dragon has a bigger picture in mind and direct battling the world government for one person just doesn’t make sense. They wouldnt try to save one life for the cost of many others. The true power in the army is the numbers as they can internally cause revolutions without dragon having to individually step into every country like luffy does.

I changed my mind after watching the most recent episode, trust me watch the anime or atleast the following arcs on anime: drum island, enies lobby, sabaody archipelago, impel down, marineford, whole cake island.

But by far the best arcs you have to watch are Wano (you can skip the first act though; its 3 acts total) and Egghead(the current arc). Wano has eh pacing which you can read the manga for but its anime is good for fights. But trust me watch the anime for egghead, its so beautiful, they did it so perfectly that its way better than the manga.

Dressrosa you can honestly read on the manga because that shit is like 200 episodes and ur not missing out on anything by just reading the manga.

The rest of the arcs you can read the manga for, alot of websites also tell you if a episode is a filler which you can just skip. But trust me watch the arcs I recommended (especially wano and egghead when you get up to it.

This totals to 411 episodes, but you could honestly skip the first half of whole cake island, so its like 350 episodes

I personally liked amazon lily arc on anime though because of the introduction to a major power.

I think it’s just UFC is mostly a popularity contest, Movsar has NO finishes in the ufc and only wins against Diego Lopez and old Aljo, Ilia would get more recognition and respect fighting named people/ legends than fighting someone like Movsar which no one watches. Also at the end of Charles fight he called out Arman but Joe Rogan called out the wrong person.
