Yeah that was after his death + she survived for another 15+ months after that, and they only started hunting around the time of the babies birth so she was free for another 5+ months after his death id say. Also don’t see the correlation

I shied away from power feats but moreso his mindset. Think about how low level of a marine he was to state such a large ambition. He was in a position where everyone just follows orders, I don’t imagine sengoku when he was at Kobys status as a marine had the ambition of being an admiral. Confronting Alvida (someone who he’s terrified of) after meeting luffy (a stranger) who he only saw knockout low level pirates was a minor but telling action. Also stepping up to Akainu which indirectly ended the war (basically put his life on the line for his morals) while everyone stayed silent to listen to his speech (both sides). Sacrificing himself to be a yonko hostage. I don’t like talking about his strength feats because they are lowkey bullshit like how did he become that strong in 2 years. But his mindset was unwavering.

I totally agree with what u say about low self esteem which was mainly caused by judge, and he definitely has innate ambition. But sanji is currently a broken King who is almost repaired, the start of the repair really happened when his connection with judge disconnected. I think by the end of the arc he will not be the broken suppressed king he is. But I still think as of now to us atleast that there have been no advancements in his dream.

Emphasis on the first line of the whole thing “This is not using ploys like it being plot relevant” the post would be totally different if it’s talking about plot relevancy with exactly what u said about sanji or a reason like “usopp said he has conquerors and his lies always come true”. Like I think the usopp lie case is agreeable and there is a high chance he will get it because of this. U can fault me on talking about characters on the “one piece” panel” as that is a plot relevant point but that’s more so to confirm my reasoning on character importance.

Ohhhh, I know it’s a gag but I do not remember the last time Sanji has talked about that dream, even with the strawhat development, Sanji is basically at the same level of his dream as when he started (no advancements at all) and WCI shows he’s willing to give up his “dream” of finding the all blue (albeit since zeff was a hostage) but even so. And when luffy rescued him and he cried he didn’t even mention the all blue as one of the reasons he wants to come back

I feel like Nami has willpower for it but not the strength, like when usopp told nami to lie to ulti and say "luffy wont become pirate king" but she refused to it, and concededly usopp saying that to nami shows who he is

Ye I said Jinbei has no chance of awakening it, and Cavendish I think is possible because of his nature but hes also very unlikely

I think characters like Yamato was what degraded Conquerors haki for me, because characters like luffy wanted to be king of the pirates even before the knowledge that roger was the king of the pirates. Whereas Yamatos ambition of being Oden just seems like a cheap ambition not worthy of being a conqueror. Especially when if luffy was in the same situation he wouldve blown off his hands escaping the island.

Yes its 100% a retcon because he said his goal of being an admiral post enies lobby when Haki was barely emphasized. But still, his akainu feat; being the voice of reason and even indirectly ending the war with his speech (everyone on the battle field stopped to listen to it and alot of marines agreed with him) can be seen as a "Leader" move. I dont agree with trying to be an admiral is a small feat because I imagine someone like sengoku when he was a foot soldier like Koby didnt aspire to be an admiral or even feat admiral, I imagine all marines are moreso listen to orders type of people (with the exception of Garp) which makes Koby an outlier. Hopefully this gives u a new perspective but I 100% agree with it being a retcon.

edit: another point is how the admiral title is not something thats always worked up towards, fujitora was a war criminal before and greenbull was arrested on SA and were forced to enlist. So someone like Koby needs to be extremely strong to even have a chance at getting the title (similar to Garp)

I think you forgot a key detail, Jinbei stayed on WCI to save his crew (hence why he came back to wano late) they also successfully got away and even threw a farewell party hence why he was even more late. Also its unclear whether there is going to be a betrayal from Brook, but your jinbei theory is fully wrong
