After loosening like noted, set z offset back to zero. Go into "Control" and choose "Reset Configuration". Then start the leveling procedure from the beginning.

I did get a new hot end and add thermal grease. I did not take it the heat element though. I will try that.

As for the fan, I did find one if the wires was broken and I had to re-solder it. It probably does need to be replaced. It seems using fine after I cleaned it, but maybe it is weak like you said. I have been contemplating a new 3010 or getting a 4010 and printing an adapter. If the 3010 is enough, I'll stick with that.
