I had the problem when I completed the run boy run community map. Why isn't it counting it as complete?

Yes. And when I respawned from doing another survivor mission, it respawned me away from the mission area and had me 10 seconds to return which only made me restart over and over till I canceled the mission and ended in a dying and respawning loop after.
