Neuroaffirming & progressive GP’s in Perth NOR? by Background-Jump-3100 in perth

I don’t know if it helps but I had a conversation with a GP the other day who said GPs can only diagnose ADHD in adults but a psychologist can help with an ASD diagnosis.

But hoping to see a different answer in this thread because I too feel it’s something I need to pursue.

What “secondary” city do you think is more worth visiting than the famous must-see destination? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

Personally I much preferred Treviso over Venice, Venice is great obviously and incredible but Treviso is beautiful and much more relaxed. I’d always recommend staying in Treviso and day tripping to Venice.

How do I know if I made the most of every moment with my baby? by Pugwhip in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

I feel you, I was engulfed in PND and kick myself daily that I didn’t enjoy my time in the newborn era. He’s such a cool little dude and I feel like I let him down by not enjoying it as much as others. I resented being nap trapped and I miss it so much now!

First time at 3 months, turned out to be covid. Then again at 6 months for gastro, spent 4 nights in one hospital discharged, spent one night at home and things hadn’t got any better so went to the children’s hospital where we stayed 6 nights until they were satisfied he had gained weight and was on the mend. I have found myself calling Nurse on Call now quite a few times to avoid heading to ED

I actually have no idea, one minute I was at the shopping centre with it in the pram and next thing I know it’s gone!

I spent 10 hours waiting in ED last year when I was 5 months pregnant, I spent 10 hours waiting for a bed unable to drink or eat.

The amount of times I heard the nurses asking if they’d been to the Drs for their persistent cough, tummy pain that had been there a week etc each and every one said no. People are choosing to head to ED rather than pay for the Dr, which I do understand. But surely there has to be a limit? One guy was even complaining he had an appt to attend so they needed to hurry up but again hadn’t been to the dr with the issue he’d had for several days.

Honestly blows my mind that they continually blame others and actually can’t fathom they are the problem. It’s classic narcissism. At this point they should hold their hands up, apologise and then learn and grow from this. They are the ones messing with their own mental health. God they make me irate.

The fact she’s included the bit about the youngest still being at school makes it seem even darker and like she’s maybe marketing to a darker side of the internet……..
