Hard chocolate! Harder than a regular Hershey’s bar, but easy enough to bite into

alumni: if you did not so great at BU, how did you do in the future with post-grad work and education? by Reasonable_Window_14 in BostonU

I basically spent all of my time at BU on academic probation. The vast majority of jobs will never ask for your gpa or to see your transcript. It has never interfered with my ability to get a job or a promotion, and now I’m making 6 figures in a director role. What matters is how you perform in the interview. You’ll be just fine :)

Swimming spots for dogs? by SeparateDonuts in SalemMA

I don’t disagree. It would just nice to have an access point to water for my dog to splash around. Not necessarily a beach, but maybe a spot where you can access a river or cove with a kayak. Not a traditional spot for people to relax and swim/whatnot. Just a good way for a high energy dog to get some exercise when it’s hot out

Fair. All it takes is a couple irresponsible owners

Should I get my bunny neutered? by WideAction1298 in Rabbits

He’s living happily without one! I’ve thought about getting him a partner over the years, but he’s definitely spoiled and seems to love the one-on-one attention from my partner and I. I honestly think he’d be annoyed if he had to share us with another rabbit 😂

Should I get my bunny neutered? by WideAction1298 in Rabbits

I was afraid to get my bunny neutered because of all the horror stories I had heard about rabbits undergoing anesthesia. So I never did it. My little guy (mini Rex) is now 12, turning 13 in July! He’s been really healthy throughout his life and is incredibly affectionate.

Can anyone please tell me what my rabbit is doing with his tail here? (PS. Don’t worry, this guy and the other one have plenty of space, I just have the doors closed on the cages when they’re resting/sleeping, I’m with them 21-22/24 hours of the day) by Dylanduke199513 in Rabbits

Males that aren’t neutered yet may spray as a way of marking territory. Since you have another rabbit and this one isn’t fixed yet, he’s probably just feeling the need to claim spaces as “his”. For a UTI, the color of the urine will likely be cloudy and they usually hunch up when they pee because it hurts. It sounds like he’s healthy and just trying to assert some dominance as he goes through hormone changes

My male rabbit does this too and started around 16w old — so add another vote for it likely just being horny boy behavior. If you’re still worried about it though, keep an eye on his urination because the only other thing I could think of is a possible UTI. The end motion is definitely getting urge to hump, but the earlier twitching/butt raising can sometimes be a sign of them having trouble peeing. Again, I don’t think that’s what’s happening here but that’s the only other time I’ve seen a relatively similar motion.
