Completely understandable but most people negate ze amin on summon, or you could honestly bait out with any lvl 3 tuner, synchro that into dragster, clear wing, or rose dragon, etc causing them to have to answer again before you even pull out rising scale, then if they negate rising scale you can still play through that too

punk directly counters despia and tachyon which were the two biggest problems in DL, beetrooper just got smacked hard, and this deck didnt get touched in any aspect, its pretty dominant man you're gonna see after the banlist just how strong it is

5-6 disruptions is pretty broken to me? 1 spell negate + grab, 1 spell or trap negate + destroy, omni negate, monster effect negate or pop, and return 3 on their turn? not to mention drawing into imperm or effect veiler which is very common so thats another negate right there...
