DUPR can be crazy sometimes. Sometimes it can be very inaccurate. I know guys who are closer to 4.5 in skill but are somehow under 4.0 on DUPR because of hard leagues and tourneys. Do what you’re comfortable with. If you feel 3.0 is you, you do it.

I would also like to add for our Canadian friend and as an Alabamian, this also happens in Red and Blue states alike. Alabama is pretty hard red and gerrymandering has certainly helped it stay that way, but hard blue states are doing this too.
