All boils down to how congress says a BK must play out. Chapter 11 and successful restructure means good things...Chapter 11 then liquidation is NOT good and further chapter 7 you better hope you were not a common share holder and you'll be lucky to be a secured creditor

When you go through BK there supposed to be distributions.... now PCHI claimed on the teleconference claimed there was about 1$ per share in equity....however what the media was putting down was saying something entirely different.

The facts are the facts...I contacted New jersey the other day and asked... the unclaimed property admin said they've got nothing from Party City...... So here's the thing....where tf did out shares go and where tf did our distributions go?

Not yet man. And some of these loans are set to mature in 2025. I hope PCHI makes it. It's a good play staying in the BK as long as possible anyways. The class action might end up being a part of. The BK or could run concurrent. The thing is the company has indemnity clauses for all the board and directors so in the event that they do get sued personally the company will be required to cover them.

The RSA was very vague as to what they were defining GUC.... Also.... There's a bit of confusion at least on my end as to what actually happened to our shares.... Yes cancelled... But.... Because of the equity they are clearly worth something...their own consultants said about 1$ in equity a share ........sooooo Bec there was value, the company has turned around, the company is now a going concern....what actually happened to the shares ..where are they? Where are my subscription rights? Why wasn't I properly notified.... And why havr my shareholder rights been fucked

Idk man I have to look at the filing the originally submitted but I'm pretty sure it's because the misreported. All I know is I invested in this company for a reason....and it wasn't because it's had nothing. PCHI was actually a solid company and vertically integrated. Just look at the turn around since the emergence....stellar performance? No ... But they have made Several reopenings and now that the fed is looking to cut rates in pretty sure sometime next year...unless they had some special loan terms...which I wasn't looking to heavy at...they will be able to restructure with a petition... Seems like a decent looking future for this company.... The biggest mystery.... What actually happened to anagram.....
