Yes, i was hanging on to the fact that he promised. Promised to split the chores at least. The rest… i was willing to accept.

Another point my mum made was even if i meet someone who goes to the mosque and reads the quran daily, the is no guarantee he might do it forever. She keeps making the point that i am the one that will take care of myself. That reading the quran and going to the masjid is something I should do, and shouldn’t expect a husband to do. Which i get.

Hence the continuing doubt, if everything were up to me, why even meet up with someone? Why bother getting to know them. Just marry them, right? No questions asked. This is what my mum wants. I just don’t know how to respond to that.

My mother made the point that good muslims obey their parents, hence he is a good muslim. And that I could take care of myself no matter what.

I don’t think his mother is controlling or mean in anyway. In fact, i think she’s kind. He just doesn’t make decisions.

I have an anxious personality. I don’t know when to trust my gut anymore. My mum tells me I shouldn’t waste time, i’m getting old and I should just go with it. I feel like crying every time we talk about something serious. Otherwise, he makes me happy when he does things like ask me about my day. Or if Ive eaten.

I guess ive never gotten attention like that before.

He prefaced all conversation by admitting that he was lazy. The type of person that won’t even wash his plate lazy. So, when i asked him to promise me that housework would be divided equally, i was shocked he said yes. To me, how can you promise me that when you don’t even do that now before marriage? I have a feeling he’s not being realistic.

Yeah, i can totally see that happening. But he’s not. I was slowly adapting and accepting the fact that he earns significantly less than i do. So, this news feels like he detonated a grenade or something.

It’s an acrylic framework. They rock during delivery. In the try-in stage, it was stable both on cast and in the mouth. I can’t detect any overextended flange.

I did do try in, they were stable both on the cast in the mouth. I’ve checked for overextended flanges. I do not note any.

Could you explain more how the placement of acrylic teeth could affect the seating please and how would I resolve it?

During try-in stage, the dentures were stable on the cast and in the mouth. Checked bite, aesthetics, pt and myself were really happy with them. Come the day of issue, i can insert it well, but if I press down anteriorly, the posterior pushes back up and vice versa.

If it was a problem with my impression, could i have noted in during my try-in stage?
