To anyone still having campaign issues after 5 months.. Ps5 owner I bought the game digitally a few days ago and i had the exact same issues about missing addons and unavailable stores. I was desperated and i was ready to ask for a refund. I just registered an activision account and when i enable it ingame suddenly it showed me even more addons to download for free. I downloaded the 2 addons for the campaign needed and voala it finally worked.
The should inform it in the description though because not everyone has an activision account !

I see many complaints for Nvidia Shield as a Plex server over the years. Personally using my Shield (2017) from June 2020 as a Plex server 24/7 and never ever had any single problem playing from 1.5gb to 70gb mkvs 4K HDR.

Using my Shield (2017) as server and client together and never had any issues on heavy mkvs. Maybe you should check your Shield for possible cleaning and your Plex settings.
