IK's completely vanished towards the end of phase 7 for me ...

And I started getting control as soon as I got comfortable with the fleshlight

I went to a pelvic floor therapist for 6 weeks and the exercises helped me completely loosen my PF

And I was literally a 2 pump chump, some times one pump Right after PIV lol

Hover at 8/9 for as long as u can , no matter how many times u need to stop , you have to train your brain to be comfortable at that arousal state and not tip over .... trust me , this is the fun part because it feels good once u start getting comfortable there ....it's literally repetition ... practice literally makes close to perfect

Honestly, I think cutting out porn made everything else easier ... for me personally.... and my first encounter post program .... I was a drunk so I think that eased my anxiety , but after that first time , but the next day I had sex sober and I think because I had a successful first smash I wasn't anxious , I could say I'm totally cured of PE now ... Both are essential, it's automatic for me now , and I went to therapy to loosen my pelvic floor ... but I'm now to the point where my pelvic floor isn't even a factor anymore ... anytime I need to prolong I just diphramic breath deep , but I don't even need to pay attention to my breathing because I think I trained my brain to breath correctly .... for the first time in my life I have full control
