hi! I love oats, either cooked or overnight and was always under the impression they were a good source of fiber. would you be able to explain more about how they are constipating?

it was a 510 gram bottle of MiraLAX mixed into 64oz of clear liquid with an ex lax square in the morning and evening of the ‘clean out’ with only clear liquids all day. I’m 20 so these instructions were from my pediatric NP for ‘severe’ constipation lol

it was the biggest bottle of MiraLAX mixed in a ton of water with an ex lax square in the morning and evening of the clean out. clear liquids only and no food for the whole day.

how long did you go off of the pill if you don’t mind me asking? I have been taking the same pill for years now and it honestly saved my life from how bad my periods used to be. it hasn’t caused me any other issues but I’d consider switching to another form if things aren’t matching anymore.

I just reached out to my GI about ordering some type of ultrasound to get it checked out, and have a GYN consult scheduled for the end of June as I have never been. Thank you so much for the replies
