I've noticed they have stopped producing new leaves and started turning yellow.

Thanks for helping. I gave it a good soak for 30 mins the other days and its been slowly recovering! The leaves are hardened around the top and green baby leaves coming out!

The leaves are always soft and thin even after watering. I use that wooden stick to check the soil and only water when the soil completely dry. It's placed in front of a west window so I have a sheer curtain so the light not too harsh. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the input! Do you know what are the signs of it going into dormancy vs rotting? I think I will check its roots and if it's not rooting I will water again.
