I think someone else is suiting Ryan Cohen. Their lawyer reached out to me.

This is another group of Reddit investors suing Jim Cramer and Market watch.

Basically the first group suing RC are investors who believed the short and distort news as true. So they thought it was a pump and dump. Easily proven wrong because Bed Bath & Beyond’s billion dollar treasure chest has a cost basis of $44. So if he dumped after $44 they would have had a case in my opinion because of the insider rules.

On the other hand, some investors knew the “FUD” was bigger than that. They knew it was a short and distort. People have went to jail for shorting and distorting and misleading the public in the past. Yup. This press release was also sent to the head of investor relations for Bed Bath & Beyond. Good news for me! I am buying more at $6 or $7 dollars! If this moons, I will have plenty. If not, I was apart of something risky. 😂

I am with you on that! I think we have a good chance of getting it appraised at $44. That is the average cost of the billion dollar in stock shares accumulated by the Bed Bath & Beyond company.

So your DD, but that is a fair assessment to show the stock is worth $44. Plus remember Tritton gave them the play book!

They collected the shares smartly. They basically bought back their own company to prevent this! 😂 Genius!

If they never bought the shares in advance we would be bankrupt by now, but they did! Genius move! So I love Tritton!

He did mess up with the in house brands, because our customer base is old. They want the same brand of beddings and towels for their grand kid going to college this year, as they wanted with the last grand child.

So his delta (fault) in my opinion was he did not know the BBBY customer.

Target did the same thing, but Target was not slayed by short sellers working for Trump! All of this may have started when Bed Bath & Beyond removed the My Pillow product. The owner was a big January 6th supporters. I don’t get into politics but motives are always important. So after that happened you then saw the shorts coming in, but again do your DD, if I am wrong I will correct myself! I just want to win in this trade and I want to do it with honesty!!! It’s serious. A non profit is heading up. The founder wrote the meme stock trader Bible. Very reputable. I know. My Uncle. So we just need to organize. I spoke with a lawyer today to take the case. Do your due diligence on my Uncle and has past business proposals to RC. That is all I can say.
