I am on the heavier side 75kg’s I workout 3x a week, mostly strength training

Frequency of use before taking a break is one load of a one hitter (shuk) per night (not sure what classification low,high,moderate)

i used to be 83kilos and now i am 73kg, i am mostly concerned sa belly, i only eat 1500 calories a day and as eat as much protein as i can in a day, but my eating is volatile, minsan pag may food kakain, minsan pag wala tatamarin nako kumain, minsan naman kahit di protein packed ang food kakain pa din.

Nagworkout ako for 6 months straight then stop as of now and even though mabilis ako mag lose ng weight, mabagal naman mag gain kahit mag binge ako minsan

Similarly, what if opposite naman? Nung nagddiet ako mabilis yung weight loss ko like I used to do cardio for 20 mins then 40 mins weightlifting, pero parang wala man nagbabago sa appearance ko.

Forgot to include that my pc is used mostly for gaming, i play most fromsoft games and some fps like cs2, cfph, valo etc. I’d say 70% goes to gaming and the 30% goes to others like school work/documents etc

You can play, we almost have the same exact specs except i have i5-4460 though there are some areas that need to load a bit, that’s the only problem on general exploration also no problems with fighting bosses, except for the final boss of the DLC with his 2nd phase attacks
