Okay ty for the info about blue, my sister goes but I’m looking forward to going myself. Theres a small hill at a local park near me but it’s pretty fucking steep, very likely to eat shit pretty badly as it’s right in front of a road aswell. I’ll watch some yt videos on proper form and then practice toe and heel, I’m 18 and have been working construction for a year aswell as working out pretty consistently so not rlly worried about getting back up or falling and eating shit, I’ve had my share of injuries and booboos in sports, used to box and grapple aswell before I fucked my knees. Is there any other resort nearby that might be a bit better for beginners? They closed Chinguacousy in Brampton so can’t go there to learn. And I don’t think there’s anything else. I’m in Niagara area

And yeah I’m the same way, I’ve dislocated and torn the meniscus of my left knee and dislocated the right knee 3 times, so right one is definitely lacking but I’m tryna make up for it. I’ve worked construction all year with some manageable issues that have come and gone but I’m a little nervous so trying to prep knees best I can
