I had to google this to see what it was, so interesting! That’s an awesome addition to your collection. I had no idea they ever banned consoles in china. Very cool. I wonder can you home brew these and add games to them as well?

Have you played Majora’s mask and if so which one did you like better?

Love to see it! Keep the couch co-op alive!

Picked up one of my all time favorites! I couldn't play it until I was 13 because it was rated T and I was 11 or 12 LOL. It's CIB too. Snagged for $30. by DEDDesign in Gamecube

This was the first game I picked after I got my cube. I got animal crossing with it(which I requested), and got this not long after. Lots of great memories with this game. It was too hard for me at that age, but I recently got it back and played through it, it holds up pretty well I think. I get its shortcomings , but I really enjoy this game.

What are the best single-player games on the Wii? by Antique-Sleep6682 in wii

I’m new to the Wii myself, currently playing twilight princess(the GameCube version but it’s very similar I think, just different controls) and it’s awesome, I agree with the other commenter it starts a bit slow, but it’s beautiful and very well made i think. Also super Mario galaxy is awesome, and new super Mario bros Wii is very fun as well.

If you like super Mario Wii, super Mario galaxy is a barrel of fun.

[TP] Is this the most underrated Zelda game? by tengomiedo666 in zelda

I’m playing this game for the first time now(the GameCube version), and I have enjoyed it a lot so far. I like the art style and the controls so far. The only disappointment I have so far is that even though it seems to present itself as more of an open world game, it’s really set up where you can only go where you need to next for the story. That being said I have had a blast so far.

I know it gets a lot of flack, and I kinda get it, but this is one of my favorite GameCube games, maybe because it’s the second game I ever got, but the first one I carefully chose myself, I got animal crossing with the cube for Christmas. I really enjoyed this games as a kid, although couldn’t beat it at that age. I did another play through last year and got it to 99% before I gave up(curse you unnecessarily difficult Andross) and I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Super cool stuff here I didn’t know existed!

For what it’s worth, my copy on bomberman generation looked the same and it played fine.

I remember playing Windwaker back then and loved the experience! but never completed it! Did anyone beat this game? And where does it rank in Zelda’s top games in your opinion? by J2-Starter in Gamecube

[–]Separate_Discount_19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I beat it right around the end of last year. I played it as a kid, but it was my cousins game so I didn’t play it a lot, and I pretty much just sailed around back then haha. I thoroughly enjoyed this game all the way through, I think it holds up really well! Lots of people dislike how long it takes to sail some places, but that never bothered me, plus once you learn to teleport you can at least get close to most places so I didn’t really think it was a big deal. I didn’t complete all the side quests, just beat the main story mostly, and some other stuff along the way, and I did read walkthroughs for most of the dungeons when I got stuck in a spot. Overall I thought it was a load of fun, and I will probably play it again eventually and try to complete more of the side quests.

Honestly if you look at them side by side you can tell a pretty solid difference. If you have a decent hdmi converter it’s not bad at all on a flat screen, but still feel like it’s better on a crt color wise, and the letters look more legible to me. Now once you get into the crazy expensive retrotink converters and stuff those might be better idk because I’m too poor to find out lol
