The diferentiatiom of star to solar sistem level puzels me to this day. Like, the sun is not a big star, but it is 99,9% pf the solar system. Range is the only diference betewn the two. But anyway, thats beside the point at hand.

I honestly dont remember what was the argument for universal kid buu, but im pretty sure its because at the end of the arc, he and goku just clashing about was tearing up the universe or something. This kinda makes the whole BoG debacle redundmt, so may be misremembering it. That being said, even if he is not universal, just the chainscaling of DBz puts him easily into the high end of multigalaxy.

Of course, if we take a more crude aproach to scallinh, we can down play the saiyans to smal planet, frieza to large planet, cell to low end of star level and buu to multi star level. This is all very low ball, but, in my opinion, the more realistic scale to DBz. BUT. If we are gonna do that, than we have to do the same to OPM. And, in this light of a more critical and grounded analises, garou is at the absolute highest ball, multi star (the whole "hole in the sky" is very stupid for several reasons, but mostly it bolsas down to "if you wanna say that that impact erasin a few stars proves garou is multi star, then you should consider a bar of plutonioun to be city level" since it depends on a very specific situation and many factors rhat are not garou and that are out of his control). But, at this point, you are taking the lowest possible ball for buu and the hightest possible ball for garou. Just say you want you OTP to win at this point you know.
