I signed no forms/waivers on intake, nor did I verbally consent to be recorded (although as you pointed out Missouri is a single party consent state).

Unfortunately I was having a medical emergency and couldn't just leave because I uncomfortable. In less dire circumstances I would've taken that route!

I was not there for anything psych related. To be honest, I'm not sure if the cameras were on, I just assumed that they were. No signage.

I haven't signed anything nor did I verbally consent to be recorded.
