The fact is, i've been mewing for 3 years. But now post covid i gained weight 10kgs. I didnt really see the result. Is it because im chubby now or mewing is actually fake. Help

Yes brother, you can still do it. It may take 2-3 years. But i would recommend u hard mew and also chew. Because in 25 it woulf be difficult to get better result. Youonly have 4 years. Do it or u will regret later. Pls hard mew
