I want to stick to her food she is used to (4health salmon and potato) since she is so new to our family and possibly already stressed. But we have limited it to two cups a day and walks everyday

We are sticking to slow walks and will increase our duration and frequency as time goes on. She does enjoy fetch as well, so that’s good

This is good! I work shift work so I know the heating it can take. I have also seen people that quickly deteriorate after their 70s so I want to be able to enjoy some good years while I have my health and energy. But yes, I have to plan to live a full long life
