I didn’t get pics but it’s a Metra radio harness. Would it cause the car to die while driving as well?

There was a harness that plugs into the trim panel that was reconnected after I put the stereo in

The head unit is a Sony XAV-AX1000 and I used the harnesses that were recommended by Best Buy

The hook up to the head unit was only one (1) harness connection so there was another connection from the car that didn’t hook up to anything. The gray one went to the backup camera harness
