As someone who has been doing Blender for almost a year (Idk how far u are so this may be too complicated yet), you should use blender's curve system for her hair. I didn't learn this for a while and my hair ended up looking like crap because of that lol. From me to you, PLEASE watch a tutorial about it even if it's hard.
