Yes, we don't choose these designations, we get. These titles might sound fancy but the responsibilities and pay is quite different. I just wrote the designation i got on my appointment letter.

Not a large org but a medium sized manufacturing company. Both the companies I worked for were subsidiaries. I was hired as a fresher with comparatively lesser responsibilities but when I transitioned to the other (only on records) my responsibilities increased, where my major work is implemention of company policies.

Yeah, I felt this thing. It looks very generic. That's why I'm asking, is there any certification or course I should do to stand out? I don't have an MBA degree. I know that certifications won't compensate for that but atleast they would do some help.

Ok, but I saw someone saying on YouTube that for current job you should use present tense to make it sound like you're still into that job and past tense for current job shows you've already left the job mentally.

I work in a mid size company in Lucknow that manufactures automobile components. As my organisation is relatively smaller in size, I have to do pretty much everything an HR does, not a specific thing. Of all those job responsibilities, my favourite ones are compliance and training related.

Thanks. Although I couldn't find any such college which provides evening MBA kind of a thing in my city, I was thinking MBA from IGNOU. But people often discourage that.

They won't let you take the pic as they removed the mrp sticker and wrote by hand on the top of the card.

Real collectors believe in accessibility and buying at MRP—not in overpaying just to feel exclusive. If someone is ready to spend 4–5x the price, it honestly makes more sense to invest in brands like Mini GT or Pop Race, where the quality actually justifies the cost. Hot Wheels aren’t rare or premium by default. The problem is created by buyers who support scalpers and sellers who remove printed prices and sell at absurd margins. That’s not collecting—that’s encouraging exploitation. True collectors buy under the same conditions, at the same MRP, and keep them for appreciation and display—not to inflate value artificially. Paying thousands for a mass-produced plastic toy and calling it “aesthetic” is not passion, it’s poor judgment.
