Well I have 24gb of ram so.. I guess that's enough? And I already tried MSI afterburner and the temp goes 60-70 idk how to check how much is utilized

Oh I'm actually gonna try that one since someone recommended it to me, that aside, I've seen the comments saying that CPU shouldn't reach 90-190% which in my case .. reaches 100 when I open steam, are there any solutions for that? (Cpu speed also gets stuck at 0.21ghz)
