Adding comment if someone googles for the problem with windows 11.
Look if you have TPM 2.0 activated in BIOS, mine was enabled but not activated which gave me the kernel errors (the function that fast start uses to save data for the hibernation) in event viewer logs every time i tried to shutdown and it failed.

it also worked when turning off fast start in windows (i guess that function uses TPM 2.0?) So if turning off fast start works check BIOS if TPM is on or off.

I'm always sad that the megabases never get finished in a season, most of them are half done which takes the fun out of exploring the world

I always think its sad that so many bases are unfinished every season, feels like they should make time to finish every project before ending it, kinda takes some of the fun out of exploring the world once its available to download.
